I really like Angus Oblong’s clown inspired make up. It is so transformative. You can barely discern the face of the man underneath, instead focusing on the simple lines that form the cartoon expression. It’s a look that’s harried, perplexed, but well-meaning.  I probably will never get a chance to do one similar to it, since I imagine it’s probably scary for kids… but, wow, what a simple and original look.
