I am loving the look of Russian clowns. I suppose they are mimes, technically, but I see balloon animals and juggling in there so I am totally calling them clowns.  Look at those costumes: well fitted but colorful, and makeup is generally classy… like these guys belong in a 19th century fancy dress ball.
